We’re thrilled to announce the next phase of our New Way of Working initiative. After successfully ideating on “Remote Work” during 2020–2022, we’re now shifting our focus to Using AI to Enhance Social Media Impact. This exclusive, invitation-only workshop series is a hands-on opportunity for our Gold Partners and selected guests to explore AI’s potential for transforming social media strategies and to master the capabilities of Transformation360.

Participants will explore the entire Transformation360 process—from defining strategic initiatives and conducting experiments to setting up dashboards and ideating on AI-driven solutions to enhance social media reach and engagement. In parallel, we’re releasing new Transformation360 courses to support learning and implementation, creating a streamlined, logical progression for all users.

Session 2 of 4: Progress and Experimentation

In this session, each team will present their progress:

  • Team 3 will share an initial programmatic dashboard setup, showcasing team responsibilities.
  • Team 1 will report on campaign outreach and initial engagement.
  • Team 2 will present collected ideas, clustered into actionable hypotheses.

The session will then shift to planning experiments. Teams will prepare actionable items for the next session, focusing on synchronizing efforts to test the hypotheses and refine messaging. We’ll close the contribution site to ensure clarity on our participants, and Team 1 will lead communications.
