5. Decisions 1–3 (25 min)
The anchor statement, I-MOVABLE with a fully worked case, four operating models, the money, and the location checklist.
6. Decisions 4–5 (27 min)
Zoning, the dosage rules from research, flows and all the senses, the five-act visit — and inside the Prysmian Experience Centre.
7. Decision 6 + Cases (12 min)
The experiment ladder (thought → AI sandbox → pretotype → prototype → pilot) and four reference cases.
8. Your Path (8 min)
The blueprint you will build, the requirements, and the four levels to the certified role.
Diplomas per Level — One Certified Role
Every completed level earns a diploma. Finish Level 1 and you receive a certificate of completion (USD 29) you can share immediately. The same applies to Levels 2, 3, and 4 — each level is a credential in itself.
The certified role requires all four levels. The title Certified Applied Design Hub Innovation Architect — CADhIA™ — is awarded only after completing all four levels, the written blueprint, and the final exam. Digital badge via Accredible, valid for life. Diplomas mark progress; the certification marks mastery.
Level 2 — Anchor, Model & Location
Live, 6 hours, USD 995 per seat. Your anchor statement defended, the full I-MOVABLE operating model, the financial model with a named year-2 budget owner, and the location decision. Diploma on completion.
Level 3 — Architecture & Experience
Live, 6 hours, USD 995 per seat. Zoning with a sensory program of requirements ready to brief an architect, the five-act visitor journey, and deep case walkthroughs with floor plans. Diploma on completion.
Level 4 — The Blueprint
Live, 6 hours, USD 995 per seat. The experiment ladder, the activation roadmap, your board-ready blueprint presented and defended — then the graded written assignment and the final exam. Diploma on completion — and the certified CADhIA™ role, for life.
