Benjamin Aw is a People Enabler Consultant and Coach that strives to empower people to reach their maximum potential as an individual in their life. He has trained/coached over 10,000 youths and adults in his career as a people developer with organizations such as Raffles Girls’ School, Victoria Junior College, Nanyang Technological University, NTUC e2i and Prudential Singapore and strives to reach out to more people in the coming years. While seemingly young, Benjamin has been involved in the people development industry from a young age and has established and developed several signature programmes in the past – such as a Career Development Programme for Career Seekers as well as a Facilitation Skills Programme for future facilitators. Benjamin is not new to the realm of Leadership, having been involved in the position and responsibility from a young age and being the Head of the Youth Division in his previous employment prior to his departure. With his experience and willingness to learn more, he provides a unique view in Leadership and Business with the aim for future impact and sustainability.
