Dr Soo-Beng Kho
Innovation Management Master Black Belt (3rd Dan) and Malaysia's country chair for ISO 56001 and 56002, representing Malaysia at ISO/TC 279. Nearly three decades inside Fortune 500 manufacturing — design, IT, Lean and Six Sigma, intellectual property management and inventor mentoring — including the Motorola Penang paperless-factory transformation. He now advises automotive, MedTech, electronics and semiconductor clients on Industry 4.0, IoT and AI. PhD from Warwick, 50+ papers in IEEE, IET and SAE journals, and author of Innovate & Win.
Dr Peet van Biljon
Founder and CEO of BMNP Strategies and a former McKinsey & Company consultant who managed the firm's global innovation practice from 2010 to 2015. Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy, where he has taught Innovation and Public Policy since 2017. Author of Innovation for Value and Mission and Profit with a Higher Purpose. A Senior Member of IEEE who co-chaired its General Principles committee on ethically aligned intelligent systems. PhD in Economics; licensed Professional Engineer.
Marwan Ata
Strategic planning expert and management consultant with more than fourteen years advising across Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with consultancy delivered for the World Bank Group, Deloitte and Dun & Bradstreet. He has authored national-level strategies including Jordan's revised National Human Rights Plan and its Criminal Justice Strategy, plus healthcare strategies for the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence and Dubai Healthcare Authority. Dr Ginger Grant
Managing Partner of Creativity in Business Canada Inc. Former Dean of Research and Innovation at Humber College, where she grew the research book from zero to nearly $30M and established a national leadership position in industry partnerships. A senior strategist and innovation advisor with more than 25 years of business and consulting experience, she specializes in organizational innovation, transformation and talent development, and is leading the development of practical strategies for the longevity economy. Dr David Hayes
IMBB Black Belt practitioner leading UM6P's transatlantic entrepreneurship and innovation strategy from the United States, linking Morocco and Africa with North America. Professor of Entrepreneurship and former Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Africa Business School, and Academic Director of the Executive MBA delivered with Columbia Business School. Before academia he founded and led Tempus Software, a top-ten medical IT company. His research on AI innovation in healthcare has passed 150 citations.
Beda Meienberger
Swiss entrepreneur, lecturer and executive coach with four decades in the ICT, Med-Tech and MEM industries. Since 1993 he has founded eight companies, and he currently manages succession planning at Faisst Consulting AG. Deeply embedded in the Swiss innovation ecosystem as an Innosuisse Trainer, Genisuisse Coach and lecturer at OST, where he co-developed the SME Business Accelerator and coached SamanTree SA to a successful exit. Innovation Management Black Belt and a member of the international ISO/TC 279 committee behind ISO 56000.

Dr Hilal Hamood Hilal AL-Sawai
Named International Innovation Ambassador in 2026 for his work spreading institutional innovation, strengthening national innovation ecosystems and tying innovation to economic and social value. A standing innovation columnist for the Oman Observer, publishing on Oman Vision 2040, in-country value, R&D, intellectual property and the sustainable economy. He earned his doctorate in leadership development at Leeds Business School during his years at Petroleum Development Oman, holds an MBA from Bedfordshire, and has presented his research at the Academy of Management.
Allan Fors
Global Commercial Officer at Innovation360 Group, driving the worldwide rollout of the Licensed Practitioner programme — IMBA, IMYB, IMGB, IMBB — and the partner ecosystem across 105 countries.
